Coach Lance Seffens

Coach Seffens graduated from West Monroe High School where he played football. During his high school football career, the Rebels were the 2000 5A State Champions as well as the Associated Press & USA Today Polls National Champions. Coach Seffens' team was State Runners-Up in 99, 01, & 02.  After graduating high school, Coach attended the University of Louisiana @ Monroe where he was a walk-on wide receiver for the Warhawks. Coach received his Bachelors Degree from ULM and ventured to Baton Rouge, La.  While living in Baton Rouge, Lance attended LSU where he earned his Masters Degree in Sports Management.  Coach also met his beautiful wife, Lindsay, while attending LSU where she graduated with a Doctorite of Veternarian Medicine. 

After graduation Coach Seffens, his wife, and first born child, Camille, moved to Lake Charles where Coach would begin his career as a high school football coach.  He did his first stint at Westlake High School under Max Caldarara. After one year, Max retired and Coach moved to Barbe High School where he would spend the next 8 years. During that time, Barbe was State Runners-up in 2012 along with several district championships.  Coach Seffens also coached the javelin for the track and field team producing 3 state championship athletes.  He also coached the boys and girls golf team.  Where they were two times state runners-up as well as an individual state champion.

Coach Seffens is now happily a Bronco at Moss Bluff Middle!!
