This week’s agenda:

Monday

iReady Diagnostic Test/Track data

*Top 50% growth per class will go outside on 4/6 while the remainder of students remain inside working on iReady. If all students grow and NOT ONE STUDENT DROPS, we will ALL go outside. 

iReady Grading:

  • Diagnostic Growth Grade (Grow/Remain the Same=A, Decrease=F)
  • iReady Participation Grade =2 passing lessons/week=A @ the end of the 9 weeks. (10 total passing lessons)

Bonus Opportunity: Do an extra lesson/week and earn a letter bump up on that week's lowest grade (doesn't include "X" grades).

LEAP TESTING FIRST TWO WEEKS OF MAY/Computers turned in 5/15

Tuesday

1. iReady Diagnostic (finish)/iReady lessons (should have 4 lessons passed and completed by the end of this week)

2. Lesson 30: Students begin the writing process to discuss in writing what Nothing But the Truth by Avi reveals about truth, perception, and/or reality and compares how the development of the concept is different from another unit text.

Wednesday

Lesson 31: Students continue the writing process to discuss in writing what Nothing But the Truth by Avi reveals about truth, perception, and/or reality and compare how the development of the concept is different from another unit text.

Thursday

 Lesson 32: Students continue the writing process to discuss in writing what Nothing But the Truth by Avi reveals about truth, perception, and/or reality and compare how the development of the concept is different from another unit text.

Friday

1. Quill.org Lesson Bell Ringer (Whole-Class Activity)

2.  Mustard/Mayo/Ketchup Time 

  • Must do= LEAP Passage Practice
  • May do= iReady/Commonlit/AR/Library
  • Catch-up= Complete any missing work from SPC in English.

*Snacks will be permitted for those students that have completed their 2 passing iReady lessons and have completed all assignments for the week.
