Jr BETA

Beta is a leadership organization that promotes community service, citizenship, and academic excellence.

6th, 7th, and 8th graders must maintain a 3.2/B GPA to be inducted as a member of the club. In addition,

members must complete 30 service hours for the year. Parents and members are required to sign an activity

contract and the MBMS Jr. BETA Constitution. Students who qualify will travel to Leadership Summit in Lafayette,

LA, District Convention in Sulphur, State Convention in Lafayette, LA, and National Convention.
