Announcement Regarding the Flip Flops:
From the company representative:
I am very sorry for the delay with your flip flops. We have had
issues with delays due to steamship lines overbooking.
Unfortunately this time of year the vessels are all packed.
Wal-Mart and Target pre-booked over 5000 containers out of China
so unfortunately, small customers like ourselves are getting
bumped.
We have been pushing for our orders to be loaded onto the
vessels as quickly as possible.
Your order is scheduled to sail Dec. 18th. The ETA to us in San
Diego is going to be early Jan. We will ship your order as soon
as it arrives here.
Please pass our apologies to your parents and kids, we certainly
understand there will be disappointment.
Again, we are very sorry for the delay and hope that everyone
understands sometimes things are out of our control.
